Mental Health Assessment

The Mental Health Assessment is designed to clarify the nature and severity of psychological symptoms,  as well as the impact these symptoms are having across various domains of functioning (including occupational functioning).  Psychological/psychiatric diagnoses can be made, if appropriate.    The Mental Health Assessment will provide an opinion about current readiness for employment and recommendations designed to facilitate long-term vocational planning, which may include suggestions for hospital or community-based treatment or resources, pre-employment activities, and strategies to improve everyday functioning.   Supplemental Vocational Assessments are available.
