Randy Paterson is a Vancouver-based psychologist, vlogger (YouTube’s How to be Miserable channel) and author (How to be Miserable: 40 Strategies You Already use; How to be Miserable in Your Twenties; The Assertiveness Workbook). He is the director of Changeways Clinic, one of Vancouver’s largest outpatient private psychotherapy clinics, co-author of the online resource The Antidepressant Skills Workbook, a public speaker, and a continuing education workshop provider on depression, anxiety, failure to launch, assertiveness, and private practice management.
