Episode 11 – Matt MacEachern
Matt MacEachern is a leadership consultant, certified coach, and owner of Lidera Consulting based in Vancouver BC. His forte is coaching leaders to lead their employees in a way that inspires higher performance, and fosters staff looking forward to coming to work. Matt has over 25 years of leadership experience in variety of organizations and industries world-wide. He combines this real-world experience together with evidence-based research to share practical strategies that are easy to use and get results.
Matt is no stranger to embracing change or facing challenges.
