Episode 11 – Matt MacEachern

Matt MacEachern is a leadership consultant, certified coach, and owner of Lidera Consulting based in Vancouver BC. His forte is coaching leaders to lead their employees in a way that inspires higher performance, and fosters staff looking forward to coming to work. Matt has over 25 years of leadership experience in variety of organizations and industries world-wide. He combines this real-world experience together with evidence-based research to share practical strategies that are easy to use and get results.
Matt is no stranger to embracing change or facing challenges. Whether climbing the highest peaks on several continents, running marathons from Iceland to Antarctica, or completing an Iron man, he knows what it is like to face adversity, and come through the other end.
