Jennifer Earnest PT, MPT, B.Sc. (Hons) Kin | Health Services Manager
Jenn graduated from Western University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Kinesiology, followed by a Master of Physical Therapy in 2012. She has completed several musculoskeletal post-graduate courses, earned her Level 2 Acupuncture certification through AFCI, and is certified in concussion management and treatment through Complete Concussion Management. Additionally, Jenn has pursued extensive training in vestibular rehabilitation, developing a keen interest in the assessment and treatment of vestibular conditions.
In her current role as Health Services Manager, Jenn brings a leadership-focused, patient-centered approach to both clinical care and operational excellence. She remains deeply committed to providing individualized, high-quality care to each of her clients and takes pride in helping them achieve their goals, improve their quality of life, and return to the activities they love.
Austin Collett RMT, BHK (Hons) | Registered Massage Therapist
Austin, from London, Ontario, completed a rigorous four-year program at the University of Windsor, earning an Honours Bachelor of Human Kinetics with a focus on movement science. Driven by a passion for understanding human anatomy and biomechanics, he excelled in an advanced diploma program in massage therapy at Fanshawe College, earning top honors in his class. Throughout his training, he gained invaluable experience at various multidisciplinary clinics in London, collaborating closely with respected physiotherapists and chiropractors. Austin adopts a personalized approach tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Whether facilitating joint mobilizations to improve range of motion or employing trigger point therapy to relieve muscle tension, he utilizes efficient and evidence-based techniques to aid clients in returning to their preferred activities.
