WorkSafeBC – Job Search Support Services (JSSS)

Back in Motion Rehab’s Employment Services (JSSS) provide Comprehensive Employability Assessments, Job Search Support Services, Resume & Cover Letter Development, Employment/Career Exploration Assessment services and Job Development Services for injured workers and people with disabilities.

Back in Motion will discuss with you the individual needs of the referred individual and determine what services are required and best suited to assist the worker move towards sustainable employment.

Service delivery can be individualized and offered one to one and/or group based.

Services are offered in-person and virtually. Currently, services are primarily virtual in Courtenay and Victoria.
