Guided by our motivation to transform lives and build vibrant communities, our services address both sides of employment-related challenges: the job seeker’s need for meaningful and sustainable employment, and the labour shortage experienced by BC employers.
Recognized as leaders in customer service and satisfaction, our personable and professional staff have extensive experience supporting individuals with diverse needs to achieve employment. We are proud to serve the entire community, including the unemployed or underemployed, immigrants and refugees, youth, women, persons with disabilities, and the general public.
Our Back in Motion team is ethnically diverse, and includes multi-lingual professionals from around the world, offering services in: Punjabi, Hindi, Mandarin, Arabic, Cantonese, French, German, Spanish, Russian, Tagalog, Farsi and more. We currently offer Employment Services to clients and employers in 15 communities across Metro Vancouver and up the Sea to Sky Corridor.

WarehouseAbilities
WarehouseAbilities is a 9-week warehouse skills training programs for persons with disabilities, delivered online and at our Richmond warehouse. Participants will gain certifications required by local employers and be job-ready for warehouse opportunities.
